FFL TRANSFERS
Our goal at HIPP Customs LLC is to be your first choice for firearms and firearm accessories; however, it is not always possible to stock every item you need. We would appreciate the opportunity to order any item we do not currently have in stock but understand that sometimes availability is limited, and a dealer transfer is necessary. Our firearm transfer policy is a tailored process that will transfer your item to you in the fastest way possible.
Please take a few minutes to review our Abandonment Policy, Transfer Policy & Fees. We want to make your transfer as quick and painless as possible, but please allow 24-48 hours for processing into our system. We will contact you as soon as your transfer is ready for you to pick up!
*** DO NOT rely on a shipper’s delivery confirmation as evidence that your firearm transfer is ready for pick up.***
Transfer Policy
A valid FFL license holder must make all FFL Requests.
We reserve the right to deny service to transfer out firearms not brought in a gun case or bag.
No FFL will be provided to a private individual for personal firearm transfers.
When transferring firearms, please include a copy of your FFL along with an invoice.
The invoice should include customer information (name, phone number, order #) and firearm information (make, model, serial number, and purchase date)

Fees
$30.00 Per firearm (handgun & Long Gun) not including TICS per firearm
$10.00 TICS per firearm. (Multiple firearms will be allowed on ATF Form 4473 when possible)
$100.00 Per NFA item, per responsible person.
$20.00 Shipping on all Non-Standard shipping requests.

HIPP Customs LLC Abandonment Policy for firearms Manufactured & Repaired & Firearm Transfers
Once notified that the firearm is completed or received in the store, the customer will have 60 days to pick up their merchandise.
After 60 days, the customer will be assessed a $10/day storage fee until the firearm is picked up or the firearm’s value or cost of labor has been exceeded.
Once the storage fee exceeds the cost of the firearm’s labor and/or value, the firearm will be considered abandoned and put on the floor for resale.
